Remembering the Future

Sometimes you have to forget what you know, to remember who you are supposed to be. Why is it that the simplest concepts can be the hardest to attain? We all know intuitively what our higher good is, but we have become practiced at rationalizing it and morphing it through our intellect so that we don’t recognize it.

Maybe it's time to forget what you know and just remember the future.

  1. Zan,
It has always been one of my ongoing questions---why are simple concepts the hardest to attain and remember? Just understanding that makes learning easier, right?

  2. I think it's much like most of life...if we all ascribed to "do unto other as you would have them do unto you", that would suffice in all the laws we need....but we choose to make things much more difficult and then loose sight of the big picture. Life is simple, it's the learning that principle that is hard. And yes, Darlene, I find that understanding is the biggest step of all.
